Here’s a few pilates based exercises that the kids can get involved in with you and have some fun. There’s so many benefits to these kind of exercises for both kids and adults. Improving strength, flexibility, balance and core strength. As well as improving your focus and the kids ability to concentrate and co-ordinate their bodies.
